Nigeria’s Oyeleye Tipped For Top After 2nd USA Pro Win
Nigerian boxer Olufemi Oyeleye has been tipped to reach great heights after he won his second professional bout in United States of America. Fighting under Mayweather Promotions, Oyeleye, a 2015 All Africa Games champion, secured a unanimous points victory over American fighter Adnan Ahumada Melchiot over four rounds on Friday night.
Oyeleye, who left for America last year after losing his place on the Nigerian boxing team bound for the Olympic Games in Rio last summer, has suddenly found his rhythm again after teaming up with former Olympian, Charles Nwokolo .
At Pechanga Resort and Casino in Temecula, California the Nigerian who now campaigns in the middleweight category sent his record up to 2-0 right in front of his benefactor, Floyd Mayweather, who was in the crowd to assess boxers in his stable.Speaking to Etisalat Megasports from his base in America Femi thanked his fans while stating that he got the best of encouragement from Floyd Mayweather after his victory
