The former minister of aviation and candidate of  United  party's candidate UPP in the Anambra gubernatorial election has express dissatisfaction over the conduct  of INEC.

 Osita who was at the polling Unit to cast his vote at about 9:30am was shock to discover that the INEC officials were not on ground only to linger in much later  he reacted this way shortly after exercising his civic right.

For some of them the act could be deliberate or not but the effect of it on the electioneering  process can not be over emphasised, they however task the appropriate authorities to put in a workable modalities on ground  for the effective and credible coverage of election.
