The Coalition of United Political Parties, CUPP has raised alarm over allerged fresh plots to use secret exparte suit before Federal High Court, Justice Okorowo to legalize Rivers state Lawmakers to pave way for illegal impeachment of Governor Fubara.

The National Secretary of the Opposition Political Parties, Peter Ameh raised the alarm at a world press conference held in Abuja, Sunday.

Ameh also called for the probe alleged viral leaked draft of ruling by Justice Okorowo to be delivered in suit seeking to legalize Pro-wike lawmakers to ack Governor of rivers state.
He also urged President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to call Nyesom Wike to face his job as the minister of the federal capital territory, instead of creating chaos in the executive arm of River State where he served as a former Governor.

The National Secretary further charged the chief judge of of federal high court to put eyes on what is happening in the court room of Justice Okorowo so as not to create tension in Rivers State.
The Coalition demanded that, the head of security agencies stay clear and ensure that the Institutions of government, especially the Rivers state Government is protected.
