Members of the All Progressives Congress in Edo state have protested to the headquarters of the Independent National Electoral Commission INEC, to appeal to the commission to call one of its staff to order.

The members who marched through the Auchi/Aduwawa road to the INEC headquarters in Benin city, were singing solidarity songs to express their displeasure over what they termed the interference of an INEC staff serving in Bayelsa state, on the outcome of the just concluded Governorship election in Edo State.

Speaking to newsmen, the convener, youth leader and a protester said they will resist any attempt to use the INEC staff to perpetuate evil in Edo state.
