Chelsea is just one win away from clinching this season's Premier League title after thrashing Middlesbrough 3-0 at Stamford Bridge on Monday.

Super Eagles forward Victor Moses was in action for Chelsea for his 33rd league appearance. He has scored three goals.

He gave a good account of himself as he went close to scoring on a few occasions and also went close to setting up a handful of scoring chances for his teammates. Goals from Diego Costa, Marcos Alonso and Nemanja Matic secured the convincing win for Chelsea who have now claimed their 300th EPL home win.
