Sheriff's court victory won't last- Fayose

Governor Ayodele Fayose of Ekiti state has declared that the recent victory of the Sheriff faction at the Appeal Court in Portharcourt, Rivers state cannot stand the test of time.


Fayose said this while flagging off the dualisation of Ijero Ekiti township road in ijero Ekiti.

 According to him, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), particularly at the national level of the party  will surely overcome its crisis before the next general elections.

 He also assured and called on all supporters of the PDP in the town to remain calm and focused, despite the outcome of the Port hacourt Appeal Court judgment of the PDP leadership tussle.

 The Ekiti state governor said the dualisation of Ijero Ekiti township road is in line with his administration’s urban renewal programme saying despite the financial upheaval confronting the state; his government will not rest on its oars in fulfilling all its electoral promises.
