Youths under the umbrella body of the grass root movement of the All Progressives Congress (APC) have promised to mobilize and vote out the leadership of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) led by governor Ifeanyi Okowa come 2019.

The youths reached the conclusion after an emergency meeting held at the Udu local government area of Delta state.

This is as a result of what they described as bad governance by the Okowa's administration in the running of the state.

Answering questions from newsmen after meeting with youth leaders and elders, the Delta state coordinator of APC grass root movement and the youth forum chairman spoke on the party's preparedness to take over power.

In attendance at the meeting were youths and elders from the twenty-five local government areas in the state, as well as a member of the party’s national working committee.
