Justice Hassan of the Federal High Court, has ordered the final forfeiture of $43.4m, £27,800, N23.2m discovered in an air-conditioned flat in Osborne, Ikoyi to the Federal Government.

The loot was recovered by officials of the EFCC in one of the flats in Osborne Towers, Ikoyi, Lagos during a raid on Wednesday, April 12.
