The caretaker committee of the All Progressives Congress in Rivers State has accused the state Government and Rivers State Independent Electoral commission of act of Impunity in the preparation of the conduct of Oct 5th local government election in the state.

The caretaker committee chairman of the All Progressives Congress tony okocha disclosed this in a press briefing at the party Secretariat in Port Harcourt .

He Specifically pointing to the governor’s determination to proceed with local government council elections despite a recent court ruling against it.
