The Commissioner of Police in Oyo State, Chucks Enwonwu has promised that the Command will continue to partner with the relevant stakeholders and other members of the public for the protection of lives and property.

Enwonwu while speaking through the Assistant Commissioner of Police, in charge of Administration, Gabriel Dibie while commissioning a solar-powered Borehole donated to the command said the command will continue to respect the rights of citizens.

Correspondent Kunle Ojo reports that the Commissioner of Police stressed the need for residents including corporate bodies to be socially responsible to the society adding that police on its part will not relent in ensuring the safety of lives and property.

The Commissioner of Police further called for the support and cooperation of all residents in making the state conducive for socioeconomic development while the representative of the organisation that donated the facility, Adeola Ademola called on all Nigerians to support the police.
