The Commissioner of Police in Oyo State, Shina Olukolu has appealed to students to shun all vices and acts of indiscipline that could jeopardize their future ambitions.

Speaking through the Assistant Commissioner of Police, Francis Ojomo, at the end of the year activities of the Police children School, Eleyele Ibadan, Olukolu decried the increasing number of criminal acts among students in the country calling on parents, guardian and other stakeholders to be on the guard.

Correspondent Kunle Ojo reports that the Commissioner of Police urged the students to continue to be good ambassadors of the school at all times.

Some of the teachers who spoke with our Correspondent called on the government to ensure proper funding of education for rapid socio-economic development in the country.
