Members of the National Association of Ogun state students are appealing to the state governor,  Dapo Abiodun to see to the creation of vocational training,  scholarship and bursary board towards achieving rapid growth and development among students across the state.


Speaking through its President,  Ogurombi Oluwagbemileke, at a press confrence held in Abeokuta,  the state capital,he said the board if created would be saddled with the responsibility of organising vocational programmes for Ogun State students at all level; thereby preparing them for the future task ahead.

Oluwagbemileke also urged the State governor  to resume the tradition of payment of bursaries for indigenous students while paying strict attention to the educational sector through the allocation of funds to the sector in accordance to the United Nations standard.

The body also urged the Governor to see to the immediate reopening of Tai Solarin College of Technology that has been under lock and key for months.
