As Civil Servants resumed from the New Year holiday, Oyo State Government has been advised to consider employment of workers into the core civil service in the state.

The Chairman of the Trade Union Congress in the State, Emmanuel Ogundiran while speaking with Correspondent Kunle Ojo in Ibadan commanded Governor Seyi Makinde for his Civil Servants friendly policies and programmes.

While thanking the government for the employment of new teachers, Ogundiran charged the state government to also look into other aspects of the civil service that needs more hands adding that the state civil services is becoming more ageing.

Ogundiran, therefore, appealed to Civil Servants in the state to renew their commitment to qualitative service adding that workers must be ready to contribute to socioeconomic development of the state.
