Delta state governor Sheriff Oborevwori says the Delta state empowerment program code-named Delta cares has touched a lot of lives in this critical times of economic hardship.

The governor made the remarks in Asaba during the empowerment program for unemployed graduates and low income earners.

According to the governor, the empowerment which include fish feeds and farm implements to farmers among others, is an opportunity to include all Deltans, irrespective of party affiliation.

On their part, the state commissioner for economic planning and humanitarian support, urged beneficiaries to use the empowerment to better their lives .
