Saleh Momole a former permanent secretary of Kaduna state peace commission said he visited the five families who migrated from Oyo to Kaduna and their total number is 107.

Some of the Fulani migrant who travelled to Laduga a grazing reserve in Kaduna state to seek refuge tell us more about their ordeal.
One of the migrants, Ibrahim Abubakar said, “we are from Oyo, we do not know what happen the people there started fighting us, they killed some of us while others lost their properties, we spent three days in the bush hiding before we decided to embark on our journey back to Laduga in Kaduna state.
Another migrant, Maimuna Abubakar called on the government to come to their aid, “we do not know what happened we just saw people running and there were killings and destruction of properties, all we want is for government to come to our help because we have lost everything,”
