Police declares one million boys leader wanted
Oyo State Command of the Nigeria Police Force has declared the leader of One Million Boys, Ebila Biola, wanted in connection with the murder of one of Ibadan most wanted thug, Moshood Oladokun, popularly known as Ekugbemi.
Recall that Ekugbemi was macheted to death on Saturday at Olomi Olunde area during a fracas with members of a rival cult.
The Command in a statement issued and signed by the Police Public Relations Officer Olugbenga Fadeyi, also revealed that Ebila, the leader of the rival gang involved in the fracas, is currently at large.
The statement, however, noted that the police are currently on his trail as investigation has commenced on the issue for his prosecution.
The command disclosed that his men are working with other law enforcement agencies in the state to ensure there is no reprisal attack that could disrupt the peaceful atmosphere in the state from any of the groups.
It also revealed that two arrests have been made by the police as regards the fracas.
It was gathered that the Commissioner of police has given the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Criminal Investigation Department, CID, in Iyaganku a marching order to take over the case and commence an investigation to unravel the immediate and remote cause of the fight.
