The Nigerian Education Loan Fund has taken the sensitization to students of Joseph Sarwaun Tarka University, formerly University of Agriculture, Makurdi, to educate them on the methods, processes required to apply and access the loan with effortless ease. 

 

The Managing Director of NELFUND, who spoke on the essence and benefits of the loan, observed that most students do not understand the method and processes to access NELFUND loan to better their lots hence the awareness to increase applications from the students.

 

The Vice chancellor of JOSTUM, thank NELFUND for using its institution as the first point of the sensitization which has offered better understanding. One of the students who commended the President for the initiative, appealed to him to increases the loan from twenty to fifty thousand naira following hike cost of commodities and transport. 

 

NELFUND is a educational loan scheme initiative to support students from the Universities, polytechnics and colleges of education across the country.
