Group seeks UN intervention over xenophobic attack

Following the constant attacks of Nigerians living in South Africa, a group under the aegis of Nigeria for Justice is seeking the intervention of the international community to call to order the nefarious activities of the South African government that has led to the destruction of lives and properties.

Speaking to newsmen while expressing their displeasure in Sagamu, Ogun State, National President, Nigeria for Justice, Olusola Orelaja said the action of South Africans is not accepted worldwide and Nigerians should not be pushed to retaliate.

He noted that Nigerians are accommodating wherever they find themselves and as such, they must be accorded with such gestures.

While commending the Federal Government for pulling out of the World Economic Forum in South Africa, the group urged Nigerians living in South Africa to come back home, join hands and make the country a better place to live in.
