DPR seals 4 petrol stations in rivers
The Department of Petroleum Resources has sealed four petrol stations in Port Harcourt the Rivers state capital for under dispensing products and operating without a valid license.
Some of the affected filling stations according to the DPR operations controller in Port Harcourt were sealed over what they described as obstruction.
Fielding questions from newsmen after sealing the stations, the operations controller stressed on the reasons for their actions.
He speaks on the protest issue of the independent marketers in getting AGO and assured motorists in Port Harcourt of adequate fuel supply in the state.
The operations controller said affected filling stations would be made to pay fines for their actions, while also calling on members of the public to report erring stations to the DPR.
